Packed with enough fiber, protein and wholesome, nutty flavor to offer soba's authentically rustic texture, kneading regular wheat and salt into these noodles gives them an extra slick, easy to slurp quality. Low-in-fat and made to serve with all manner of Japanese dishes, simply bring these soba to a boil and add them to a toasty noodle broth, or rinse and cool them so they're ready for dipping in tsuyu sauce. Approx. 3-4 servings.
