Urouge doesn’t show up in a lot of figure lineups, and when he does, it’s usually as a background piece in a larger Worst Generation set. One Piece Figure #21 gives him a proper solo moment, one massive arm resting a stone cross against his shoulder, that trademark unhinged grin stretched across his face like he’s about to start preaching or start swinging, possibly both.

The towering stone cross is easily the standout prop here, a direct callback to his self-flagellation habit and the religious imagery that’s always made his design stand apart from the rest of the Eleven Supernovas. Thick beaded bracelets, an open cloak-style top, and that wild beard all come together into a figure that reads as genuinely intimidating even in a static pose, which is impressive given how few Urouge figures exist to compare it against.

This wave, One Piece “Great Pirates 100 Scenery 4,” keeps up the same standard the whole WT100 line has been built on: poses drawn fresh by Eiichiro Oda for his 100th volume anniversary rather than recycled anime frames. Getting a character as underrepresented as Urouge a dedicated illustration is exactly the kind of deep-cut moment that makes this series worth tracking down piece by piece.

Six figures total round out this particular wave. For collectors chasing the full Worst Generation lineup or anyone who’s wanted a proper Urouge on their shelf, figure #21 is one of the harder gaps to fill elsewhere.
