One Piece Figure #34 puts one of CP9’s most dangerous agents on the shelf, and Rob Lucci’s design has aged into something genuinely striking here. The spotted leopard print covering his face gives him a permanently menacing look before he even opens his mouth, and it’s a detail that translates surprisingly well from panel art into three dimensions.

The wide-brimmed white hat with the blue band sits low over his brow, casting his eyes into shadow, while his white v-neck shirt and dark cargo pants keep the rest of the outfit understated compared to some of the flashier characters in this WT100 run. That’s fitting for Lucci. He’s never been about theatrics, he’s about efficiency, and the pose here, arms loose and posture relaxed, still manages to feel dangerous in a way that a lot of more aggressive poses in this series don’t quite achieve.

Like every figure in the WT100 lineup, this pose comes straight from original One Piece artwork Eiichiro Oda drew to mark his 100th volume, not a repurposed anime frame. Lucci’s inclusion is notable too since CP9 characters don’t get nearly as much figure attention as the Straw Hats or major arc villains, despite being fan favorites from the Enies Lobby arc specifically.

Six figures total make up this wave. If you’ve been building a CP9 shelf or just want Lucci in a pose that isn’t mid-transformation into his Zoan form, #34 delivers exactly that.
