One serving of natto in each soup! We make hikiwari natto out of our Sankyodai natto when the fermentation and the umami is at the peak and freeze dried and vacuum packed with 3 kinds of homemade organic miso soups. We make a special blend of red and white organic miso for each soup! Place the miso soup mix in a bowl, pour boiling water (200-250ml) and mix a few minutes before serving.
